Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Dermarize, we strive to provide our customers with a reliable and transparent shipping experience. Please review the terms below before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • The average estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as:

    • Customs inspections by U.S. Customs and Border Protection

    • Postal service delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Strikes or operational issues with carriers

Tracking Information

  • Every purchase includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to the customer within 5 business days of order processing.

  • Tracking allows you to monitor your package from the origin until it reaches your delivery address.

Delivery Attempts

  • Deliveries are handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or other reliable carriers.

  • If the recipient is not available or if the address is within a restricted delivery zone, USPS may leave a notice requiring pickup at the nearest postal office.

Successful Deliveries

  • Based on our experience, 85% of orders arrive within 15 business days of shipment.

  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. Changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the responsibility lies with the customer.

  • If the package is returned to the sender overseas, the delivery time will be recalculated from the date of confirmation of reshipment.
