Every purchase includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to the customer within 5 business days of order processing.

If the recipient is not available or if the address is within a restricted delivery zone, USPS may leave a notice requiring pickup at the nearest postal office.

Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. Changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the responsibility lies with the customer.
If the package is returned to the sender overseas, the delivery time will be recalculated from the date of confirmation of reshipment.
