Return & Exchange Policy

At Dermarize, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The following conditions apply:

    • The product must be in its original packaging.

    • The product must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage.

    • The product must include all tags, manuals, and accessories that came with it.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as dissatisfaction with color, size, or model preferences, unless the product is defective or different from the one ordered.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email support@dermarize.com with the following details:

  • Product name

  • Order number

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Video or photo evidence of the defect (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return instructions and shipping address. Refunds will include the full product cost and shipping fees if the item is defective or incorrect.

Important Notes

  • We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
